What makes your business unique?
I am fortunate to have a working knowledge of lingual “hidden” orthodontic procedures unmatched in North America. Our team has completed more than 2,000 successful lingual orthodontic cases, and I’ve had the privilege of assisting with the international development of the latest technology and procedures with leading lingual orthodontists in London and Tokyo.
Why here?
I wanted to provide a location that is easily accessible to potential clients who tend to seek this type of care. The demographics and psychographics of our location and the surrounding areas fit our niche well.
What did you do professionally before opening this business?
I practiced as a general dentist for seven years, went back for graduate/ specialty training for three years, and have been a practicing orthodontic specialist for more than 19 years. I have other family-based orthodontic practices in the southeast Valley that are renowned for treatment, innovation and customer service excellence.
What made you want to open your own business?
I wanted to have a hands-on approach to how I care for people, both in treatment, and through the introduction of innovations they will benefit from, with top-level customer service. By owning the business, I can set the bar extremely high and lead a team of professionals to create a very customized and special patient experience.
