“We are so impressed with Team O! Both kids have had braces here and both had unusual circumstances. Dr. D had to take over on my son’s braces when we moved to Arizona and he did a great job. Then my daughter needed braces and had a stubborn adult tooth that wouldn’t grow in by itself. She was extremely self-conscious and Dr. D suggested putting in a fake tooth until it came in, no extra charge! It has made a huge difference for her, we get to see her smiling every day again. “While other orthodontists told me I had to have surgery to fix my jaw, Dr. D and his team had me in braces within 1 month of my consultation and out of braces 11 months later with a gorgeous smile. Being a 22 year old with braces is not a joyride but the team always made me feel comfortable and confident about the process. My appointments were efficient and pleasant. My treatment consisted of 8 months of wearing rubber bands, which was painful and inconvenient, but the team encouraged me and praised me for my efforts every step of the way. All I want to say is I had nothing but an overall WONDERFUL, DELIGHTFUL, GREAT experience for the year and a half I had braces on. I was 22 and when I got braces on and I was persistent getting them put on ASAP! They heard that without me even having to explain to them why. I went into their office just to consult about the payment plans and ended up figuring that I could make this work. Same day of the consultation I asked if they could be put on that day…THEY MADE IT HAPPEN!! It was never a drag to go into their office like typical doctor offices. Their atmosphere and attitudes make all the differences. The fact that they listen without you having to speak about everything you want, stands out!
