Update For Our Valued Patients
Hello to all of our Team Orthodontic family!
First of all, I hope all of you are in good health and good spirits. We will all get through this current challenge,
and will do so as a community and will come out of it even stronger than before!
Protecting the health of your teeth, your bone and gum support is both a short and long-term choice we all have.
During orthodontic treatment, to ensure that health is maintained and improved and that treatment is
progressing as planned, follow-up appointments with our Team is imperative. Ensuring that oral hygiene is
maintained, teeth are not biting awkwardly and that teeth are not moving into incorrect positions are all areas of
concern that, if left unchecked, can result in tooth wear, problems with gum and bone support and permanent
decalcification of teeth.
In an effort to continue the treatment of as many patients as we can, we have determined that we can
accomplish some of your treatment supervision and progress, by thinking outside of the box a little bit.
To ensure your treatment is progressing in a healthy way, you have the following choices you can make:
1) You can arrange a video appointment to assess your over-all progress and be provided with guidance to ensure
your treatment and oral health are progressing as needed. Once this type of appointment is arranged, you will be
receiving an appointment invite for a virtual orthodontic visit, utilizing a Zoom meeting we have arranged for you.
These appointments, are approximately 15 minutes in length, require you to use a cell phone (you will need to
download the free Zoom app if you use this method) or PC/Laptop with a camera,
2) You can arrange an in-person visit with our Team at the 4350 E. Ray Rd office. This visit will ensure that
stringent sterilization and disinfection is carried out in all areas of the space, limiting the numbers of people in
the space at any given time to ensure social distancing guidelines are maintained, and all people entering the
space being screened with a health questionnaire and temperatures taken. We ask that each patient have a
maximum of one person accompany them into the office.
3) You may opt to wait for your in-person visit with us when our entire community is allowed to resume its
normal activities. Depending on when that date is, it may be a few weeks after that date that we can
accommodate everyone’s needs.
Please reach out to us as soon as possible regarding your choice via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or
contact us at 480-759-3333. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to us. As always, our
intent is provide help in any way that we can in a safe and progressive way. We look forward to visiting with you,
getting a chance to catch up and see how you are doing, and figuring out ways around the current challenges to
help you in any way we can.
All the Best,
