I must apologize for writing this note late. I meant to do it the day we left your office. Your office and staff go above and beyond with customer and client satisfaction. In my work place, we hear and read many books about customer service and the companies that exemplify customer satisfaction such as Nordstrom’s, Ritz Carlton and Johnson and Johnson. I have to tell you, your office rates right up there with them. You have figured it out and it shows.
When you had sent me the pre-paperwork to complete before our visit and I was reading your website, I was in awe. You not only ensure that the kids have a great visit you take care of the parents too. Our first visit into the office was for a consult. We were told by our dentist that my son needed braces and our dentist wanted to start the process. My motherly instincts set-in and I wanted to get a second opinion. Our friends referred us (we are forever grateful to them), and after our consult we left your office with a “come see us in another year” and a special treat for not only my son, who will eventually become a patient of yours, but his younger brother too. Your staff gave him an early birthday treat since his birthday would occur before we see you and your staff again. Your staff even told him to stop by on his birthday and get another treat (family included).
The things that you and your staff do, from your monthly emails for drawings for items, submitting stories for prizes, to remembering birthdays is absolutely great. You rate right up with there with the Nordstrom’s of the world. Thank you very much!!!!
